Order Processing All Alchemer’s Bowl orders are processed and carefully packaged at our Vancouver studio within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing tracking information when your order has shipped.

Free Canadian Shipping We believe exceptional skincare should be accessible. We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders anywhere in Canada, with no minimum purchase required.

Depending on your province, standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days once dispatched.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within Canada. We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages and Issues in Transit Your 30mL glass bottles and custom packaging are securely packed to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
