Return Policy Due to the hygienic nature of our artisanal skincare, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

If you wish to return an unopened bottle, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

A Note on Active Ingredients: Our Resurfacing & Brightening Complex contains potent, plant-powered actives that accelerate cellular turnover. A brief adjustment period (often referred to as a "purge") is completely normal and expected as fresh skin is revealed. This is not considered an adverse reaction and is not eligible for a refund.
